The Opportunity

Portland Tractor Inc. is looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Langley, BC. As the Sales & Marketing Coordinator you will be responsible for growing the company’s membership base and strengthening brand visibility.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

As the Sales & Marketing Coordinator your key responsibilities will include:

• Generating new memberships through outbound sales activity and trial conversions
• Maintaining existing customer engagement including customer check-ins, routine engagement campaigns, and quarterly e-magazine distribution
• Managing advertisements and promotional posts to highlight the company
• Developing and maintaining sales collateral and presentations
• Coordinating sponsor opportunities for sports competitions and digital campaigns
• Tracking, reporting, and analyzing sales and marketing performance

Required Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, knowledge, and competencies:

• Previous sales and marketing experience is an asset
• Ability to manage multiple projects, balance priorities, and meet deadlines effectively
• Strong verbal, written, and digital communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams
• Capability to analyze data, identify trends, and contribute to strategy development
• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot), social media management tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics)

The base pay range for this role is: $47,840 to $52,000 per year plus commission.

This is an onsite role based in Langley, BC.
